رسالة إلى ترمب: إذا كان التهجير حبرًا على ورق، ففلسطين حبرها من دماء الصامدين ، بقلم : محمود جودت محمود قبها

إن التاريخ لا يُكتب بالحبر وحده؛ بل يُسطَّر أحيانًا بِدماء الأبرياء، أولئك الذين يُقتلعون من ديارهم ويُشرَّدون بِقرارات جائرة تُكتب على الورق، وكأنها لا تمسُّ أرواحًا ولا تُفتت أوطانًا، ولعلَّ من أغرب التَّناقضات، أن تدعو أنت، يا سيادة الرئيس الأمريكي، يا من لا يَعرف العدل؛ إلى ترحيل اللاجئين من أمريكا إلى أوطانهم الأصلية، بينما تُطالب الفلسطينيين، أصحاب الأرض؛ بِتَرك وطنهم لِيُصبحوا لاجئين في دولٍ أخرى!

إن هذه الدعوة ليست إلا وقاحةً سياسيةً تُضاف إلى سِجل السياسات الأمريكية المُنحازة، فالشعب الفلسطيني لم يكن يومًا مُهاجرًا غير شرعي في أرضه؛ بل هو صاحب حقٍّ تاريخيٍّ وقانونيٍّ وثقافيٍّ راسخ، والشرعية الدولية التي تَتَشدَّق بها الولايات المتحدة تَرفض ما تَطرحه من تَهجيرٍ قسريٍّ مُمنهج، إن إعلانك السَّافر بِشأن تَهجير الفلسطينيين من غزة، لا يَختلف في جوهره عن نكبة 1948م ونكسة 1967م، حيث مُورست أبشع صور التَّطهير العرقي بِحق هذا الشعب الذي لم يَزل مُتشبثًا بِوطنه كأشجار الزيتون في سهول فلسطين.

يا زعيم الوهم، إن جهودكم المُعلنة لإرساء السَّلام في فلسطين قد نالت صدى واسعًا في أرجاء العالم العربي والإسلامي، لكنها اليوم تُستدعى لِتَتَوافق مع مَبادئ العدالة والشرعية الدولية التي يكرسها القانون الدولي الإنساني، كما يَتجلّى في اتفاقيات جنيف الأربع لعام 1949م وميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقرارات الدولية العديدة، إذ تَنص المَادة (49) من اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة على أنه “يحظر النقل الجبري الفردي أو الجماعي للأشخاص المَحميين، أو نفيهم من الأراضي المُحتلة إلى أراضي دولة الاحتلال أو إلى أراضٍ أخرى، أيًّا كانت دواعيه”؛ ما يَجعل مثل هذه الأعمال جريمة حرب بِمُوجب نظام روما الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، وفي هذا السياق، تَتَعارض تَصريحاتكم المُتكررة بِشأن تَهجير الفلسطينيين مع القرار (194) الصادر عام 1948م عن الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، الذي يكفل حق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في العودة واسترداد حقوقهم وتعويضهم عن الأضرار التي لحقت بهم؛ فإذ تدعون اللاجئين في أمريكا للعودة إلى أوطانهم، فهل ستتضمَّن سياساتكم مَنح الفلسطينيين حق العودة إلى ديارهم في حيفا ويافا وصفد واللد، أم أن رؤيتكم تَقتصر على مَنظور يَتَجاهل الحق التاريخي للشعب الفلسطيني؟! ومن مُنطلق هذا المَوقف؛ أرى- بِكل احترام- أن السَّبيل لِتَحقيق سلام عادِل ودائم يكمن في تَمكين الشعب الفلسطيني من تَقرير مَصيره وإقامة دولته المُستقلة، تَماشيًا مع قرارات الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة رقم (181) و(194)، وقرارات مَجلس الأمن (242) و(338)، ومع اعتراف (149) دولة بدولة فلسطين؛ فإن دعوتنا المُوجهة إليكم هي أن تَجعلوا من بِلادكم الداعم رقم (150) في سِجل العدالة الدولية، لِتكونوا بِذلك شركاء حقيقيين في بِناء مُستقبل يَسوده الإنصاف والاعتراف بِحقوق الشعوب، بدلًا من التصفيق للصهاينة والمُداهنة لهم ودعمكم العلنيّ لهم على إبادتهم الجماعية بحق أبناء شعبنا المُناضل المَكفولة حقوقه بكافة المواثيق والمعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدولية التي ثبت أنها تَتَّسم بازدواجية المَعايير الأممية وتترنم على أوتار التحيّز السياسي والمَصالح الجيوسياسية.

لقد ظلَّت الولايات المتحدة، مُنذ إعلان قيام الكيان الصهيوني عام 1948م، الداعم الأكبر له في كل المَجازر التي ارتكبها بِحق الفلسطينيين، ولم تكن تصريحاتك يا رئيسًا ارتجف ميزانك تَحت وطأة الأكاذيب، إلا استمرارًا لِهذا الانحياز الأعمى، إن مَلايين الفلسطينيين الذين أجبروا على مُغادرة قراهم ومُدنهم لم يكن ذلك برغبتهم؛ بل بِفعل المَجازر الصهيونية المَدعومة من القوى الغربية، وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة.

ألم يكن من الأجدر بك؛ بدلًا من دعم سياسات الاحتلال، أن تدعم حق الشعوب في تَقرير مَصيرها كما تَنص عليه المادة الأولى من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المَدنية والسياسية؟ أم أن حقوق الإنسان تُفسَّر وفق المَصلحة الأمريكية فقط؟

السيد ترمب، يا من اختلط نور الحق بِظلال الزيف في موازينك؛ إعلم يقينًا إن القوة لا تُصنع بِقرارات جائرة؛ إنما تُصنع بالعدل، وإذا كنت قد خُدعت بِوهمٍ أن الفلسطينيين سَيَقبلون التَّهجير، فالتَّاريخ قد أثبت أن الاحتلال لم يُفلح إلا في شيء واحد: إشعال مَزيد من المُقاومة، لقد أثبت التاريخ أن الدماء الفلسطينية ليست رخيصة، ولن تكون فلسطين يومًا بِضاعةً تُباع في سوق المُساومات السياسية، وإذا كنت ترى التَّهجير مُجرد حبرٍ على ورق، فاعلم أن فلسطين كُتبت بِدماء صامديها، وأن صوت الأحرار في هذا العالم سَيظل يَصرخ في وجه الظلم حتى تَتَحقق العدالة، ولو بعد حين.

نقول لك ما كان يُردده دائمًا الشهيد الرمز ياسر عرفات في تصرياته: “هي خطة واحدة هتنتصر، هي خطة الشعب الفلسطينى لتأسيس الدولة الفلسطينية وعاصمتها القدس، شاء من شاء وأبى من أبى، واللى مش عاجبه يجى يشرب من بحر غزة “..

ونحن نقول لك بلهجة فلسطينية حرّة؛ يا عرّاب صفقة القرن: “كان غيرك اشطر”..

A message to Trump: If displacement is ink on paper, then Palestine’s ink is the blood of the steadfast

History is not written with ink alone; rather, it is sometimes written with the blood of the innocent, those who are uprooted from their homes and displaced by unjust decisions written on paper, as if they do not touch lives or fragment homelands. Perhaps one of the strangest contradictions is that you, Mr. American President, who does not know justice, call for the deportation of refugees from America to their original homelands, while you demand that the Palestinians, the owners of the land, leave their homeland to become refugees in other countries

This call is nothing but political impudence added to the record of biased American policies. The Palestinian people have never been illegal immigrants in their land; rather, they have a historical, legal and cultural right that is firmly established, and the international legitimacy that the United States brags about rejects what you are proposing in terms of systematic forced displacement. Your blatant announcement regarding the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza is no different in essence from the 1948 Nakba and the 1967 Setback, where the most heinous forms of ethnic cleansing were practiced against this people who are still clinging to their homeland like olive trees in the plains of Palestine.

O leader of illusion, your declared efforts to establish peace in Palestine have received wide resonance throughout the Arab and Islamic world, but today they are called upon to be in line with the principles of justice and international legitimacy enshrined in international humanitarian law, as reflected in the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, the United Nations Charter, and numerous international resolutions. Article (49) of the Fourth Geneva Convention stipulates that “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to other territories, are prohibited, regardless of their motive.

” This makes such acts a war crime under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. In this context, your repeated statements regarding the displacement of Palestinians contradict Resolution (194) issued in 1948 by the United Nations General Assembly, which guarantees the right of Palestinian refugees to return, recover their rights, and compensate them for the damages they have suffered. If you call on refugees in America to return to their homelands, will your policies include granting the Palestinians the right to return to their homes in Haifa, Jaffa, Safed and Lod, or is your vision limited to a perspective that ignores the historical right of the Palestinian people?! Based on this position, I see – with all respect – that the way to achieve a just and lasting peace lies in enabling the Palestinian people to determine their fate and establish their independent state, in line with United Nations General Assembly Resolutions No. (181) and (194), Security Council Resolutions (242) and (338), and with the recognition of (149) countries of the State of Palestine; Our call to you is to make your country the (150) supporter in the international justice register, so that you may be true partners in building a future of justice and recognition of peoples’ rights, instead of applauding the Zionists, flattering them, and publicly supporting them for their genocide against our struggling people whose rights are guaranteed by all international charters, treaties, and agreements that have been proven to be characterized by double standards and to play on the strings of political bias and geopolitical interests.
Since the declaration of the establishment of the Zionist entity in 1948, the United States has been its biggest supporter in all the massacres it has committed against the Palestinians. Your statements, O President, whose scales have trembled under the weight of lies, are nothing but a continuation of this blind bias. Millions of Palestinians were forced to leave their villages and cities not by their own will, but by the Zionist massacres supported by Western powers, led by the United States and the United Kingdom.

Wouldn’t it have been more appropriate for you, instead of supporting the occupation policies, to support the right of peoples to self-determination as stipulated in Article 1 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights? Or are human rights interpreted according to American interests only?

Mr. Trump, you whose scales have mixed the light of truth with the shadows of falsehood, know for sure that power is not made by unjust decisions. It is made with justice, and if you were deceived by the illusion that the Palestinians would accept displacement, history has proven that the occupation has only succeeded in one thing: igniting more resistance. History has proven that Palestinian blood is not cheap, and Palestine will never be a commodity sold in the market of political bargaining. If you see displacement as just ink on paper, know that Palestine was written with the blood of its steadfast people, and that the voice of the free people of this world will continue to cry out in the face of injustice until

justice is achieved, even after a while.

We tell you what the martyred symbol Yasser Arafat always repeated in his statements: “There is only one plan that will prevail, it is the plan of the Palestinian people to establish the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, whether you like it or not, and whoever does not like it can come and drink from

the sea of ​​Gaza.”

And we tell you in a free Palestinian dialect; O godfather of the deal of the century: “Someone else was

smarter.”
